  • Professional Customer Engagement: Interact with customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing a welcoming and positive experience during phone conversations.
  • Efficient Processing: Handle change requests, address accounting and billing inquiries, and manage claims correspondence promptly and accurately, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, fostering trust, loyalty and client retention. 
  • Insurance Needs Assessment: Engage in client consultations to understand their unique insurance requirements and recommend suitable coverage options.
  • System Proficiency: Utilize the client management system proficiently, including documenting correspondence, updating client profiles, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling additional coverage.
  • Administrative Excellence: Maintain the daily functions of the management system, which includes managing downloads, reviewing renewals, and organizing follow-ups and reminders efficiently.
  • Contribute to Marketing Efforts: Collaborate to help implement effective strategies to promote our insurance products and services, driving business growth.


  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and problem solving.
  • A positive, proactive attitude that drives results and contributes to a dynamic and supportive team environment.
  • Capacity and willingness to handle sensitive information and navigate potentially stressful situations with professionalism and discretion.
  • Driven, goal-oriented, and skilled in multitasking.
  • Willingness to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license in the state of Wisconsin within the first six months of employment, demonstrating a dedication to professional development and compliance.
