Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with clients to ensure their insurance needs are met. This role requires strong sales skills, excellent customer service abilities, and a commitment to providing tailored insurance solutions.

Must be licensed or willing to get license to sell property and casualty insurance.

Duties

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments for clients to identify appropriate insurance products.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members in a sales environment to enhance overall performance and achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in compliance with HIPPA regulations.
• Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and community outreach, to promote services.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to stay current on industry trends and product offerings.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales administration or retail sales, preferably with the insurance industry
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Experience in benefits administration is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated for outside sales efforts.
• Knowledge of HIPPA regulations is preferred but not mandatory.
