In this role, you will help keep things running smoothly for our commercial clients — making sure their questions are answered, their policies stay up to date, and they always feel taken care of. Requirements

    • 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in commercial insurance lines.
    • Experience working within commercial lines insurance agency is a PLUS.
    • Strong technology skills including proficiency with Windows, database functionality, electronic document management system and internet navigation.
    • Comfortable speaking to clients and carriers over the phone and in person and via email.
    • Sound organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
    • Exceptionally customer focused
    • High School Diploma / Associate degree desired
    • Property and Casualty Insurance License is a PLUS. If you do not currently have, you MUST be willing to become licensed.

Responsibilities

The primary focus of this position is to assist in the management of multi-line commercial accounts. This includes working directly to customers’ daily service requests, evaluating, and recommending coverages to meet the needs of the client/prospect while maintaining solid carrier relations. Major responsibilities include reviewing policies for accuracy, processing certificates, binders, change requests, claims, audits, and endorsements.
